| Description | In the case of adults, psychopathy is a well-documented personality disorder which is strongly associated with criminality. Even to such an extent that it is referred to by some authors as a „unified theory of crime“. However, is it relevant to criminal law practice when it comes to the youth? A brief introduction of this disorder and its placement in the issue of expert evidence and criminal (non)liability will be the subject of this paper. |
