Description Anticoagulation therapy is one of the key areas of modern pharmacotherapy with regard to the mortality of thrombosis and embolism. Anticoagulants and other drugs that affect blood clotting are among the most prescribed drugs both in internal medicine departments and in surgical departments. In addition, modern medicine has various and very effective substances that can be applied to patients with the presence or risk of thrombosis. A certain problem, however, is sometimes the concern of doctors about side effects, which can be very serious. The book of the collective of clinical pharmacists is an excellent practical guide for doctors of a wide range of expertise - it is sufficiently detailed, but at the same time very brief and has a chance to give the doctor certainty when prescribing.
