Description Synergy, or in other words synergism, in general refers to the interaction of different elements, the effect of which is greater than the total of particular single activities. Research on synergism in law, legal sciences and related sciences is not frequently performed, although synergism should especially be related to such important areas as: legislation process, state responsibility for the established law, public financial activity. The synergic effects can be beneficial, less beneficial, but also destructive. Introducing new regulations or changes in them within one field can also affect other branches of law.
