| Description | The Society for the Restoration of the Katzelsdorf mansion was founded in the Gallery Reistna in Valtice on 20 th October 2018, the aim of which is, as the name suggests, to rebuild the "lost" cultural monument of the Lednice–Valtice Cultural Landscape. The site itself has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List for its uniqueness. The restoration of the Katzelsdorf mansion in the form of a historical replica and its opening to the public would lead to a revival and enrichment of the neoclassical hunting lodge, which disappeared in the second half of the 20th century for reasons of political power. |
