| Description | This presentation deals with relation between formal and material conception of the crime. It analyses the prezent Czech criminal Law regulation,its merits and negations. The autors conclusion is that the formal conception better reflects peculiarities of criminal responsibility. In this connection, this article givs explanation about the new codification of substantive Czech criminal Law with regard to the new formal conception of the crime. |
