| Description | The paper is devoted to the new legal regulation of public construction law and issues related to legislation in this area. In 2021, a new construction law was approved, which should, among other things, reorganize the public construction administration and should simplify the processes of building permits. The law should come into full effect on 1 July 2023. A major amendment to this construction law is currently being approved. Following these changes, the paper focuses on selected issues related to the change in the organisation of the construction administration in relation to the permitting of buildings for recreation. |
