Description Constant current chronopotentiometric stripping (CPS) analysis is a structure-sensitive, label-free method frequently used for the protein and peptide analysis. Due to a catalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (CHER) proteins yield peak H, which is sensitive to structural changes of adsorbed proteins. Using CPS analysis we were able to determine and study weak galectin-ligands interactions regardless of whether they are natural or synthesized organometallic galectin ligands.
