| Description | This document focuses on three areas: a) analysis of the possibilities of using smart meter data for control, b) definition of conditions for using smart meter data for control and c) analysis of the applicability of blockchain for P2P trading in the energy sector (Annex 1). The key output of this document is a feasibility study of the technical specification of the parameters and functions of the interface to the customer of the electricity meter and the Smart Box. This study defines the specifications, constraints and key parameters for the implementation of the project results (especially for the Smart Box) in a distributed energy environment. Another key deliverable is the recommendations and limit requirements for reliable and secure over a smart meter or smart box in terms of analysis and use of smart meter data. |
