| Description | Municipalities (gminas)and counties(województwos) creates the system of local government in Poland. Contemporary legal regulation guarantees their economical autonomy and gives them the right to own property. Municipalities gained theit property from the state, from the counties, from their economical activities and from other sources. The same situation is in counties. Knowledge acquired thanks to grant of Academy of Science of the Czech Republic IAA7166101 was used in the article. |
