| Description | The ties between Bohuslav Hostinský (1884-1951) and Maurice Fréchet (1878-1973) are seen against the background of the cultural history of Europe and the beginning of their correspondence about 1919 is explained by the sympathy of the latter, then at Strasbourg, for an "autre terre libérée de l'impérialisme allemande". |
