• Description: Liquid chromatography with ICP-MS detection was used for determination of As and Se species. Cyanobacterial biomass (Microcysis) cultivated in the presence of arsenate was analysed for As species. Green alga biomass (Chlorella, Scenedesmus) was analysed for Se species. Analytical methodology and results of time-dependency experiments are presented in this work.
