Description The effect of increasing concentration (0.1, 1 and 5 mg/L) of fluoranthene (FLT) on the growht, net photosynthesis rate, the content of abscisic acid (ABA) and FLT was investigated. The obtained results demonstrated that the concentration 0.1 mg/L FLT significantly stimulated and concentration 1 and 5 mg/L FLT significantly inhibited the growth of pea plants. When experimental plants were exposed to FLT 5 mg/L, the net photosynthesis rate decreased. The fluoranthene content in shoot of pea plants and the content of ABA increased with increasing FLT concentration in the environment.
