Description The text is the process of searching out the identity of contemporary youth related to club culture (Bennett 1999, Malbon 1998). In order to establish a frame of reference from which to study the relationship between identity and space, I observed and analyzed one such place by a group of young adults. This work explores two basic themes: implicit association with cool places (the subconscious joining of the celebrity with the club) and explicit association with cool places (the wearing of designer clothing). The research focuses on the general patterns of self-identity behaviors demonstrated in the sample involving reoccurring mannerisms and collective mentality of those who identify with the club. The young people perceive the club as a place that fills them with unique kind of self-confidence. Some of them carry this identity with cool place to a point they consider it home and fellow members as family. This text is conceptualized in theory of neotribalism (Maffesoli 1996a).
