| Description | The paper deals with possibilities of flood control standardization. Floods are a phenomenon that we could not fully prevent. Their random appearance and variable extent has negative impacts on the relevant risks perception. These risks have complicated systematic preparation of preventive measures. This paper deals with possibilities and approaches to standardization of anti-flood measurements as a specific instrument of public policy in the crisis management area that should be used for increasing of effective allocation of financial resources on their realization. It is concerned with specification optimal level of financial resources that public administration would to offer. |
