| Description | The article reflects personal experience gained in 2003 on the trek from Pokhara to Muktinath and back (Jomsom trek). It compares the reflections with the average (but not general) opinion of the educated West projected into a behaviour of trekkers in one of the many famous treks in Nepal. The charm of Nepali culture is well hidden by the barrier built up by the trekkers from the West. |
