| Description | The procedure is focused on testing of antibodies with affintiy to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in order to find their kinetic (affinity) and thermodynamic properties. ELISA and affinity biosenors were used as methodology in this process. It consists of PAH-conjugate immobilization on sensitive part of biosensing device, followed by antibody binding. Complex data characterizing affinity and thermodynamic properties of antibody are found as result. These values are useful mainly in designing of bioanalytical methods. Moreover, thus data can not be obtained by any alternative method, commercial impact of such information enrichment is clear. Its a manufacturing process. |
