Description One of the limiting factor for the quality of life in the Sénia is the level of kinetic abilities, especially static and dynamic balance. A six month intervention program was created for this case study, in which dance was the main focus. Music connected with coordinated dance moves affect not only social contacts, but supports and strengthens both the physical and emotional condition. One proband has been chosen for our research in which we examined the health status, lifestyle and level of kinetic skills. The needed datas to judge the level of monitoring locomotive abilities we obtained before and after finishing locomotive intervention by the help of six choosen standart motoric test. The motion intervention program lasted six months, twice a week for 60 minutes. The proband was observed so that the level of static and dynamic balance can be improved. These results cannot be globalized; they are only evidence that can be an individually selected intervention to help improve the quality of life.
