| Description | Number of non-contractual obligation with international element is growing. Number of questions has to be solved if dispute arise and international element is presented. The aim of this monography is to present and analyze the legal regulaton of non-contractual obligation with international element. Both procedural and choice-of-law rules are addressed in all three possible levels - EU regulation (including ECJ case law), Czech national rules and international conventions. |
