| Description | This article deals with the position, financing and management of public universities in the Czech Republic. Because the subjects are on managing public property, it is necessary that the legislation pertaining to this contains all appropriate institutions and rules for the economy. The author pays attention mainly to the legislation and the status of public universities and how they manage according to their budgets. While examining the financing of public universities, the author also explores suggestions for the legislation adjustments de lege ferenda. |
