| Description | The study gives the overwiew of contemporary knowlodge of life of individual and family. It deals with memethodological aspects of research on the impact of unemploymentand explanation of influence of factors in job loss. The authors pay attention to: 1. the influence of the nonmanaged stress stimuli caused by unemploment on the well-being and quality of the life of families und individuals, 2. connction between job loss and health and life style , 3. change in socio-economic status, deepening of economic uncertainty and financial suffering, 4. theoretical approaches to problems of unemployment, 5. protective factors in job loss. The existing theoretical reflections on job, employment, and unemployment, and unemployment miss the more general theory of influence of human activity on mental and phyical health of people, which is discussed in the conclusion of the study. |
