| Description | On October 14, 2011 the amendment of Act No. 200/1990 Coll. on lotteries and other similar games, as amended, was published in the Collection. The original brief Government Draft Act was extensively revised and expanded by the parliament initiative, and final Act was completely different than the one prepared by the Government. Can we in this case even talk about the government's bill? Is it right that MPs totally changed the Government Draft Act, which passed the relevant comments procedure, which was expressed by many experts in the Commissions of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Council? The answers to these hypotheses, especially using methods of analysis of amendment to the Lottery Act, are the aims of this chapter. |
