CSR & Sustainability Communication

CSR is the voluntary, deliberate inclusion of public interest into corporate decision-making. Strategic communication to stakeholders is essential to build awareness and appreciation of a business’s CSR engagement, and to enhance corporate reputation. Dr. Janis Teruggi Page of George Washington University will bring to life some notable integrated CSR programs and how they are effectively communicated - for example, Nike, Google, H&M, IBM, Starbucks, etc. Janis is Fall 2018 Fulbright Distinguished Chair and co-author of Introduction to Strategic Public Relations: Digital, Global, & Socially Responsible Communication.
