The project follows on the Virtual Polytechnic Library concept reserched within the LI00028 project framework; it has been further extended by additional members and by establishing the cooperation with LI00023 project (MEDVIK). The spectrum of electronic information resources for R&D in STM subject area is widened by availability of journals published by AP and Wiley. Further, the project explores an information portal which will enable creation of tertiary database of network sources available and their provision aided by MetaLib/SFX technology.
