Protein in-cell NMR in 3D cell cultures (PIN3D)

Our comprehension of biological mechanisms depends on a detailed knowledge of fundamental principles that govern the structure, stability, and interactions of biomolecules under native conditions. This project aims at establishing of novel in-cell NMR based methodology allowing thorough quantitative characterization of biomolecules in 3D cell cultures (spheroids), which, in contrast to the conventionally used 2D cultures, closely mimic the main features of human tissues (solid tumors).
