Job crafting: which strategies are effective to prevent burnout?

The purpose of this project is to examine how different job crafting strategies are related to burnout. Firstly, we will adapt and examine validity of job crafting questionnaire to Czech language. Secondly, through latent profile analysis we will examine whether discernible profiles can be identified and if so, whether they differ in relation to burnout. The proposed research design can bring unique view on burnout prevention and evaluate the effectiveness of available strategies.
