Autofluorescence and Early Detection of Malignity in Chronic Reflux Diseas of the Esophagus and in Barret's Esophagus

Endoscopicand histological detection of early malignant changes in the esophagus in GORD. Autofluorescence, its role and its comparison with chromoedoscopy. Correlation of the clinical findings with histology, flow cytometry and oncomarkers. Monitoring of mucosal oncomarkers, flow cytometry and endoscopy findings in conservative treatment of GORD and Barret´s esophagus - before and after ACP therapy. Set-up of the diagnostic and control algorithm with involvement of used procedures.
