Description The main aim of this paper is to highlight the possibility of applying the E-R-R framework model in higher education. Nowadays there is still a frontal teaching in universities. However this method does not provide enough space for critical thinking and individual needs of students while the ERR framework (three-phase learning process) emphasizes the evocation, the realization of meaning and the reflection. The specific application of this concept is then presented in the paper on the example of the subject "Socio-economic changes in regions of the Czech Republic."
