| Description | Cuba was from the beginning always economically dependent on another state. The specific form of dependence were based on historical events, political motives, and economic development and focus of "mother" country. These diverse links, each of which specializes in just one area of trade, stimulate the development of the Cuban economy. The trade balance is clear. Exports and imports of goods rises (except fall of 2009). |
