| Description | The paper deals with the legal position of university students based on the constitutional right to university education and right to assistance from the state during their university studies. Although these rights are reflected in two relatively unrelated fields - in the field of higher education itself, and in the social security system, they can be examined in their mutual concurrence in relation to a specific group of students – the group of students-mothers. The paper, therefore, concerns their own study conditions, as well as compares them to the conditions of mothers with the status of employee. |
