Description The workshop "Method and Economic Limits of Regulation in Financial Law - Theory and Practice - Preliminary Discussion" focused on identifying six basic specifics of legal financial regulation methods according to Mrkývka (2004, Financial Law and Financial Management, Part 1) and on their impact on different sectors financial law as defined research areas of specific research MELREFIP. The discussion also included the possibilities of financial law regulation given to the lawmaker by the economic situation in the country, and the impact of the economic situation in the State on the method in the financial regulation law (in tax law and generally in the fiscal and non-fiscal financial law of the financial rights). The workshop has also been attended by a few external participants who provided the substantial feedback on the ongoing research. This workshop was organized as the implementation of specific research Masaryk University - MUNI/A/0922/2011 Method and Economic Limits of Regulation in Financial Law.
