| Description | In the article, an overview of possible approaches to ethical decision-making within the frame of ethical dilemmas that helping professionals may encounter is presented. Variety of approaches (articles and published literature) recommended for effective ethical decision are offered. Particular procedures and guidelines to ethical decision-making are discussed by authors and put into relation to general principles, such as deontological (process is emphasized) and teleological (consequences are emphasized) approaches. |
