| Description | This paper discusses the consequences of the amendment to the Expropriation Act for expert activity and real estate evaluation. The amendment (Act No. 405/2012 Coll.) becames effective on 1 February 2013 and brings several major changes. This paper analyzes the reasons for the changes and try to predict the consequences. Ralated issues such as changes of the Act No. 416/2009 Coll. are also discussed. |
