| Description | In recent years, more and more consumers buying goods or services face entrepreneurs asking whether they want to issue an invoice or not. Negative response usually means that goods and services are cheaper. The aim of this paper is to highlight the legal aspects of a receipt for the purchase of goods and services and the reasons why there such a question actually is and why the response of customers in most cases negative is. For these purposes, I set the hypothesis that this behavior is due to both lack of administrative and financial law rules. |
