| Description | The papers provides an analysis of the methodology of justification right to life. The main question is: what kind of justification is needed? This aspect is largely ignore in the current debate about right to life. The perspective proposed in this paper is very close to the contribution of Jürgen Habermas in the debate on genetic engineering. He refuses to grant the embryo absolute protection of life. |
