| Description | The article focuses on small and medium-sized businesses in the border regions of the Austrian-Czech border, namely the South Moravian Region, the Province of Lower Austria and the city of Vienna. It presents the results obtained through the implementation of an international project with participation of Masaryk University as a leader partner in cooperation with FH Wien der WKW as Austrian partner and the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the southern Moravia as other Czech partner. The empirical part of the research was focused on identifying the potential for co-operation factors, the business success factors and perception of the situation in the sector and the companies themselves. Article presents mainly the results in the last mentioned area of interest that is the evaluation of developments and exceptions of the future developments of the construction sector and construction enterprises themselves, through the manager of the surveyed enterprises point of view. |
