| Description | Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease which disrupts mainly the ability to move. It begins to manifest in the early adulthood, which essentially influences the ability to work. Besides other problems which occur (tiredness, depression), the progressive character of the disease is also essential. This chapter introduces the qualitative research study that focused on the influence of MS on the employment status. In the interview with seven people, the attention was paid to the working conditions, employers' and colleagues' attitudes at the workplace, and also to the adaptations that would make possible to stay in the job. |
