| Description | Support and counselling for a career choice and especially following entering the labour market by persons with disabilities were the main focus of research in 2007-2013. This chapter summarizes the results of investigations on the employers' attitudes. Furthermore, it presents research that focused on job opportunities for persons with physical impairments at the job market. The qualitative research study analysed the attitudes of persons with physical impairments and found out what barriers they perceive, what are the main reasons to work and what is their experience in the labour market. |
