| Description | In terms of effect of law on human behavior an important role plays legal consciousness as a reflection of legal area in human mind. Legal consciousness comprises information, evaluation and attitudinal component and makes up a link between the demands of legal norms and factual legal behavior. It affects the level of legal obedience. Postmodernism changes social mechanism of social action of law, content of legal consciousness and forms of legal socialization. |
