| Description | Endurance abilities were diagnosed with Yo-yo Intermittent Recovery Test for interval running for 2x20m with 10-second pauses. At the same time hear rate of the players during running was measured online. We informed the fitness coach about the inner reaction of the player on the testing load on the basis of online monitoring of heart rate using the Suunto Team System.
