| Description | The aim of the publication “Water in legal relations” is to demonstrate that law needs to address specific characteristics and functions of social relations regulation for the cases wherein water is a subject. Water is described not only as vital condition for life on Earth in relation to its environment, but also as an element that serves diverse needs of physical or the artificial legal person in both everyday and business life. Conceptual foundation of this publication lies in elaborating close relations of water on, above and under the Earth’s surface. Purpose of this publication is to reveal the aspects of utilization and protection of water in private and public law as well as the conflicts that arise from the usage, varying in character, causes and foundations. |
