| Description | The text aims to pinpoint problematic issues in the conception of Teacher Standard and Career System which are currently being prepared in the Czech Republic. It adresses six problem areas and suggests possible alternative solutions. The arguments build on (a) critical analysis of the published materials as well as discussions linked to them; (b) comparison with approaches and conceptions submitted or adopted in the Czech Republic and abroad in previous years. The text provides critical analysis of the conception at the level of theoir main principles. |
