| Description | The welfare state is already more than a century the important social institution that plays an irreplaceable role in protection against social risks and ensuring public social services. Since the 80s of last century the content and form of the welfare state is affected by a number of internal and external unfavorable factors, which result in a restriction of the scope of activities of the welfare state and the situation is characterized as a crisis of the welfare state. |
