| Description | This course should provide students mainly with practical skills in the area of mechanotherapy. This course Applied physical therapy I focuses on mechanotherapy, especially classical massages. The main emphasis will be placed on palpation, both superficial and deep. The course consists not only of memorizing massage touch and techniques but also of practising differentiation of individual soft tissues and palpation or „hands-on“ examination. This practical course complements and goes hand in hand with a theoretical course Physical therapy I. |
