| Description | Submitted material is intended for the students of master´s study programme Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training in Physical Education. Text is divided into two parts – alpine skiing and cross-country skiing. The part focusing on alpine skiing consists of four chapters: Structure of alpine skiing technique, Didactics of alpine skiing, Children´s skiing, Safety during training, safe behaviour. The part focusing on cross-country skiing consists of five chapters: Cross-country skiing training and instructions, Stages of methodological procedure during instructions, Methodological procedure during basic motor skills practice, Basic rules when organizing a trip, Cross-country skiing race. |
