Description The authors in this paper investigated influences using different factors on the fail-rates of students who studied on a Bachelor's degree program in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics at the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University in Brno from 2003 to 2010. Focus was given to data of students who began their studies in 2010. For other years an overall sum-mary is stated. The data were obtained from the Information System of Masaryk University.
