| Description | This article analyzes legal regulation of compensation of immaterial damages on health in the Czech labour law. Author is trying by using legal arguments to answer the question, which legal rules are binding for calculating the amount of compensation after 1. 1. 2014. There are two possibilities and none of them is perfect. It is possible to follow the canceled ministerial decree No. 440/2001 or new methodology of the Czech Supreme Court. |
