| Description | This article deals with the issue of the institutes of criminal law, that are somehow on the border delimiting substantive criminal law and procedural criminal law. It analyses especially the institutes of exemptions, agent infiltrateur, denial of consent with a criminal prosecution, diversions in criminal procedure, cooperating defendant and the institutes allowing modification of factual circumstances in the course of evidence process. |
