| Description | Public interest - the term, whose meaning, fulfillment and understanding of content plays an important role not only at the level of the legislation, but especially in the interpretation and application of rules of any branch of law. And here - in the practice of interpretation and application of the relevant legislation - it goes in the meaning of public interest to serious conflicts of individual values, representing the public interest, to the conflicts between public interests. The contribution deals with some aspects of the meaning of the public interest, with the focus of the relevance of this term and to the conflict of public interests at the level of the environmental protection, respectively at the relevant environmental consequences. |
