| Description | Research paper contains a theoretical treatise and two partial summary of research on competencies for education for the teaching librarians in public libraries of the Czech Republic. This is a reflection of the action research and research using grounded theory. The survey also follows that learning librarian does not have sufficient competence in the ICT field and also preparing for the implementation of information literacy lessons. |
