| Description | Analysis of data traffic us commonly used to achieve security of infrastructures. However, its operators often ignore relevant legislation. This article therefore identifies possible legal implications of use of this technology and formulates conditions for its use from the legal perspective. It mainly focuses on requirements arising from the legislation on protection of privacy. |
